By now pretty much every country is the world has entered a state of alarm and people have been asked or required by law to stay inside their homes. I have been inside my home for 9 days now, with only one short trip to the supermarket, to buy some fresh fruits and veggies.
Being in a lockdown and confined to stay inside your home is not easy and can become really boring, especially if you live alone. I mean, how many movies CAN you watch on Netflix? Raise your hand if you’re like me and already feel that you have seen them all. 😊
Cooking during the quarantine period shouldn’t be a burden though. For me, food is really important and having dinner is one of the joys of the day. I love to cook and now, that I have all the time in the world for it, I do it more often. I find cooking to be relaxing and creative.
So, what do we eat in quarantine? I imagine that most of you stocked up on pasta and rice, so I decided to put together this collection of easy recipes to make when you are in quarantine. With easy to find ingredients which you probably already have in your pantry and freezer, these recipes will get you excited for dinner too!
