Can I program my own cooking time and temperature settings?
You may manually program the cooking time and temperature based on the type of food you are cooking or personal preference. The Combo 12-in-1 features 12 preset cooking settings that let you get great results every time: air fry, slow cook, steam, sauté, grill, bake, roast, rice, simmer, sous vide, fry, and keep warm.
What kinds of foods can I cook in the PowerXL™ Combo 12-in-1?
The Combo 12-in-1 lets you cook a variety of foods. You can make delicious southern fried chicken with virtually no oil and totally no guilt. What is the time frame for the Money Back Guarantee?
The PowerXL™ Combo 12-in-1 is covered by a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Some instruction manuals may state we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, but this is incorrect. We apologize for the misprint.
Can I cook without the inner pot?
No, you cannot cook without the inner pot. The inner pot must always be used when cooking. Place any additional cookware you are using inside the inner pot.
The unit is stuck on the counter. How should I move it?
The unit has suction cupfeet on the bottom. You must pull the unit straight up to move it. Make sure to place the unit in the location you plan on using it before you turn it on.
How tall is the unit with the air fryer lid on?
The space from the bottom of the unit to the top of the open lid measures 23 inches. Make sure to have adequate room to open the lid when cooking.
How can I remove the inner grill pan?
We do not recommend removing the grill pan until it is cool to the touch. Insert a silicone-tipped tong into the center opening and grab the grill pan.
Should I use the air fryer lid when making fried chicken?
When frying any type of food in oil, do not use the air fryer lid. There is a fry setting on the unit that should be used when frying food in oil.
How long is the power cord? Is it detachable?
The power cord measures 35 inches. It is not detachable.
Can I pick up the unit by the handle?
No, the handle is not locked onto the unit. Do not attempt to carry or pick up the unit by the handle.
Should I place the unit on the stovetop?
Do not place your appliance on a cooktop, even if the cooktop is cool, because you could accidentally turn the cooktop on, causing a fire, damaging the appliance, your cooktop, and your home.
Countertop Advice
Before using your new appliance on any countertop surface, check with your countertop manufacturer or installer for recommendations about using appliances on your surfaces. Some manufacturers and installers may recommend protecting your surface by placing a hot pad or trivet under the appliance for heat protection. Your manufacturer or installer may recommend that hot pans, pots, or electrical appliances should not be used directly on top of the countertop. If you are unsure, place a trivet or hot pad under the appliance before using it.
What is the difference between Bake and Roast?
The difference between Bake and Roast is the preset default temperature

Will the appliance work with 220 voltage or convertor?
“The appliance will not work with 220 volt power supply and should not be used with a converter. Using with a converter could damage the appliance, the converter, and the outlet. Using a converter will invalidate the guarantee and any protection plan policy.”

The PowerXL™ Combo 12-in-1 is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return the product and request a replacement product or refund. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will include the purchase price, less processing, and handling. Follow the instructions in the Return Policy below to request a replacement or refund.
Replacement Guarantee Policy:
Our products, when purchased from an authorized retailer, include a 1-year replacement guarantee if your product or component part does not perform as expected, the guarantee extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If you experience an issue with one of our products within 1 year of purchase, return the product or the component part for replacement with a functionally equivalent new product or part. The original proof of purchase is required, and you are responsible to pay to return the appliance to us. In the event a replacement appliance is issued, the guarantee coverage ends six (6) months following the receipt date of the replacement appliance or the remainder of the existing guarantee, whichever is later. Empower Brands, LLC reserves the right to replace the appliance with one of equal or greater value.

If for any reason, you would like to replace or return the product under the money-back guarantee, your order number can be used as the return merchandise authorization number (RMA). If the product was purchased in a retail store, use “RETAIL” as the RMA.
Return your product to the address provided below for a replacement, which will incur no additional processing and handling fees, or for the refund of your purchase price, less processing, and handling.
